Manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, celebrates his 20th year in charge of Manchester United today. It was on 6 November 1986 when Sir Alex first took charge of Manchester United. In just a blink of an eye, 20 years has passed. What can I say, I only have good words to put in for the person I respect & admire most in my entire life - Sir Alex Ferguson.

What Sir Alex has done in the last 20 years has been absolutey fantastic. Its been magic & I seriously think the person all Manchester United fans around the world should thank is Sir Alex Ferguson. In his 20 years at Manchester United, he has won 33 major trophies & he is still going strong at the helm of Old Trafford. He is still hungry for more trophies & I'm sure he's going to remain as Manchester United Manager for a long time to come.

Sir Alex has given Manchester United a fantastic ride, he has made Manchester United a 'Number 1' club in England & is also recognised as one of the best clubs in Europe as well as around the globe. He deserves nothing but Respect because of his success at Manchester United. Being a Manager of Man U for 20 years is No Easy Feet as the expectations are high, but he still manage to deliver! That, is the hallmark of a great manager.

Lets be truthful. Has any Manager in the world achieve what Sir Alex Ferguson has achieved at Manchester United? I can safely say, NO. Sir Alex is the Most Successful Manager in British Soccer History, the Greatest Manager in Football History & is also considered as one of the best Managers in the world. Every young manager like David Moyes of Everton look up to Sir Alex as a role model simply because Sir Alex is a great manager, in fact, as what Sir Bobby Charlton said, Sir Alex is arguably the Greatest Manager ever!

Many tabloids have urged Sir Alex to retire & many has also speculated that the Glazer Family, who now owns Manchester United, are going to sack Sir Alex & bring in a new manager. But they should also think about whether the Glazer Family has the guts to sack a Manager of Sir Alex's calibre, he has given 20 years of his glittering life to Manchester United and yet, has won so many trophies for Manchester United (21 in total). I can safely say, the Glazers does not have the Guts to sack Sir Alex Ferguson!

The big question now is 'When Sir Alex finally decides to leave, what will happen to Manchester United?' I have an answer to that, Manchester United WILL crumble without Sir Alex. There are many other good managers like Ottmar Hitzfeld & Marcello Lippi, but the question is, if they take over as Manchester United Manager, can they emulate what Sir Alex has done? They'll have a big void to fill & I doubt they can emulate what the Great Man, Sir Alex has done.

Trust me, with Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm of Old Trafford, Manchester United WILL NOT crumble. Mark my words. Sir Alex will bring Manchester United back to the glory days. He is a Manager who cannot be replaced just like that. Sir Alex Ferguson is TRUELY A Living Legend.
